Positive:
new generation hotel, design with glass elements;
hotel staff try hard, friendly and responsive;
breakfasts with sea view;
very long pool, convenient for swimming and exercising;
active service in rooms and by the pool - strong alcohol and cocktails, snacks, burgers, pizzas - constantly;
grain coffee at breakfast;
everyone smokes *****, and you can't bring durian, but the smell of grass is intense and constant;
next to the hotel there are two major alcoholic supermarkets with drinks from all over the world up to 45".
Negative:
most of the breakfast dishes are cold;
the sea opposite the hotel is not for swimming;
the hotel is next to a huge and busy road (we were surprised), there is no sidewalk at all (even in the Thai sense), if you go somewhere, you need to move directly along the roadway;
next to the hotel the road is really spoiled and there are puddles, the staff should level the road, as is done by the nearest hotels.
Neutral: the hotel turned out to be very compact, there is no privacy. Walking to breakfast we see all the rooms by the pool - guests in shorts and without, with balconies as well, many glass elements - not comfortable.
In general, I recommend the hotel for a youth or family vacation for a few days, to drink and have fun. Definitely not suitable for those who plan to walk - walk (to move without a taxi or motorcycle).

The hotel rooms are very beautiful and of high quality. You have a beautiful view. But the beach is not good for swimming. There are shops around but the location is not very convenient. It is far and access to other places requires a taxi.

Great location, amazing infinity poo,l with hot jacuzzi, and pool table. Also great views for your Instagram pics. Food was delicious and they have happy hour. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Best massage place just across the street and 2 mins walk to 711 and lotus. The staff are super kind and friendly. The rooms are clean, toilets are spotless and the beds are so comfortable and big. Stayed her a few times and I plan on coming back 👍👍

Overall not bad, only problem with car parking, you have to park on the side of the road which is very dangerous. Near the accommodation there are massage parlors, 7-11, many restaurants. Some staffs smile, some look unfriendly. I hardly recommend any restaurants, they only recommend the food at the accommodation until it's uncomfortable 😂 Breakfast has a variety but I don't feel it's worth it. The taste is basic, not wow.

Mine is the end room so the sea view view is worse than the front roof obstruction, the pool is really small, originally walked out of the beach to swim, but the water quality was poor, saw a lot of black water, so returned to the pool to swim for a while even.
